1. What countries do you ship to?
MadeWorld ships to many countries serviced by our main courier, DHL. If you reside in a region requiring remote access as defined by DHL, you may be invoiced an additional $50 after ordering to facilitate local shipping. This additional fee does not apply to orders from the United States, EU, and Canada.
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are approved on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons such as defective products, wrong size (mismatched description), or late shipping. This must be documented within 3 days of receipt and submitted via our returns email with proof. Customizable products can only be returned if they arrive defective. To refund a purchase from a third-party vendor, please follow their return rules and contact them directly.
3. How long will it take to get my order? Shipping times are calculated from the moment the order has been successfully packaged at the warehouse, which may be 1-4 days after payment
4. What payment methods do you accept.
We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Affirm.
5. How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of your purchase. To cancel your order, please follow these steps. Email us at made1world@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. Our team will process your cancellation and send confirmation within 24-48 hours. Make sure to have a CANCEL ORDER with the order number listed in the subject of the email.

6. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using tracking links found on our website or at [17track.net](https://www.17track.net/en). Please note that the carrier from our warehouse for the first leg of the shipment may differ from your local courier.
